Fatema Shams Ara Female Madrasha and Orphanage was established in 2022 with the fund donated by Late Mr. Shabab Ahmed CHowdhury. This is located in South Jhonjhonia area, Nazirpur of Pirojpur District.

 The purpose of the creation of this orphange cum religious education center was to help the orphans and needy young girls of this area to find a safe place to live and study so that they can become educated and self suffucuent in future. 

Within one year of its establishment, the center has found shelter for 38 young girls who are living and studying here. The center has three teachers and the students are accomodated in five rooms. Currently more structure is being built to accomodate more orphans and young female students of the area.

This center is supervised by Moulana Mohammed Rashidul Islam and is being supported by Mr. Imran Ahmed CHowdhury and Ms. Fowwara CHowdhury of Pran O Prakrity Foundation.
