Pran O Prakriti Foundation arranged its fourth Tree Plantation program in Satkhira Ditrict on 23rd October 2023. Around 1500 big (5-7 feet long) saplings were distributed in 10 villages of Pratapnagar Union of Sathkhira district. These unions were under salt water for two years and most of the green vegetation in those areas were damaged during the prolonged period. 

Alhajj Md. Kamruzzaman, President, Paratnagar United XXX  was Chief guest on this occasion and distributed saplings among poor and needy.

FReedom Fighters Gazi Azizur Rahman and Md. Azizur Rahman Fakir were the Special guest on the occasion.

Alhajj Abu Daud Dhali, Chairman of 10th Union under Pratapnagar was the main coordinator for the program. He thanked Pran O Prakriti foundation for their efforts in improving the vegetation of the area.

Varieties of saplings including Mango, Betel nuts, and fruit tress were distributed.
